"Great room, nice staff, good food "

"We were checking in at 11pm after flying all day. There was a single costumer in front of, it took 20 minutes to check that person in. When we were finally checking in they wanted me to pay for the one bedroom king I had prepaid for. When that issue was resolved they gave us a room with 2 queens. I called down to desk informing them I had paid for a king bed. I was told there was none available. If you think this is costumer service I don’t. "

"Clean room, staff will not allow you to extend your stay online without either charging an additional $20, or force checkout at 11:00 and check back in at 3:00. STUPID policy for those that are enjoying their stay and want to extend it. Overall one I’ve the best v as lies in Charlotte for NOT extending your stay on-line. Note: There are no bugs and the beds are comfortable. "

"I stayed here to avoid parking at the airport to drop my child off for a flight. The staff was great but the property is aging and feels on the lower tier of hotels. "

"No place to hang your cliothes as there was no closet. Phone with buttons broken, I had to ask for hand soap. Other than that it wasn’t bad, it was cozy"

"Our stay at the DoubleTree by Hilton Hotel Charlotte Airport was very disappointing. The property feels extremely outdated. Our shower had hairs still, was missing a liner and flooded the bathroom, the showerhead was poorly installed with gaps around the base, and the exhaust fan didn’t work and had no screen. The lobby was also uninviting. We booked a King room but were given two Queens. The 10 pm front desk lady was rude when we tried to schedule an airport shuttle time, she refused to give us a straight answer and responded with attitude instead of simply helping us. It was unprofessional and unnecessary. The only positive was the 4 a.m. front desk associate, who was kind and attentive. Unfortunately, this stay did not meet expectations."
