"The property was clean, well staffed and offered an ample, tasty breakfast daily. I was very disappointed that the indoor pool/jacuzzi was out of order during my entire stay. Since the weather was cold (February), this advertised feature was extremely attractive and the reason I booked this hotel. I brought this to the manager’s attention, at check-out, and he did give us Hilton Honors points for the inconvenience. However, I feel the property should have notified me that the pool/jacuzzi was out of order when my reservation was confirmed.
