The apartment is comfortable and spacious, but unfortunately, many things are old. The sheets and towels, although clean, needed replacing; they were very worn. The kitchen utensils were also in poor condition. The owner was very helpful, and the housekeeper was also too.

We love this property its in a great location. Million dollar view. we felt safe all the time. Security guards and cleaning lady very friendly. The only thing we didnt like was pool schedule 10-7 they should open earlier and close a least 8pm. Also 2 days were doing construction in an upper level early morning disturbing our sleep. Other than that we love our stay here.

Pros: Super convenient location and nearby local attractions. The room has a beautiful balcony with hammock overseeing the beach, mind blowing! Washer and dryer in the room. Cons: Yellow/Red stains on linens/blankets/towels and furniture coverings. Beds do not have comforters on them and mattresses are hard. Kitchen appliances are greasy. Black spots on wall near A/C. Room felt stuffy when A/C was off. Notified owner and cleaning staff cleaned kitchen appliances during our visit. Other issues not resolved, just notated.

Great ocean views. Well equipped kitchen. Clean floors. Good air cond. Not enough dish soap or towels. Lots of intense street music noise originating from behind building until late at night. I was on 27th floor. Hard to cross very busy street to beach. Great security, fast elevators. Nice cold pool. Good value overall

Poor customer service. No hot water in showers during our 3 night stay. We complained everyday about lack of hot water but no one came. Receptionist called a housekeeping attendant but she told us that she could not fix the water problem. No microwave in room, although Expedia lists a microwave. No hot tubs on pool level, only cold tubs same temperature as swimming pool water, although Expedia lists two hot tubs. No clothes hangers in either bedroom. We asked attendant who checked us into apartment to bring some clothes hangers but she never did.

The location of the property was nice and very well kept but there were too many negative aspects to look past. I stayed for 5 days and the entire week there was no hot water, no extra toilet paper or trash bags. The wifi was terrible and my family had no reception. Our stay wasnt horrible but the room definitely needs some more love and attention.
