It doesn't have hot water..beware only one knob, so the the water comes out at day temperature. Fortunately it wasn't supercold...thank god. Definitely low budget hotel..

Estuve hospedado dos dias en el el hotel. El primer dia sin problemas y decidi extender un dia mas pero el siguiente dia me despertaron alas 8:00am, despues alas 10:00am y alas 12:00pm denuevo y me dijeron que tenia que salirme porque no tenian mi reserva

This is a small property that will meet the needs of most customers. It is two blocks away from the beach, and over the main road, so you will have access to transportation right away, but it can get a little noisy at nights with all of the music buses passing by (most hotels in this area will suffer the same). If you are 6 ft or taller, you may not fit in the bed unless you sleep diagonally. Some of the pillow cases had other people's hair, which wasn't nice and although they seem clean, they had stains. If you just want a place to rest with excellent staff and breakfast included, this is a good option, not overly expensive either.

The staff was really nice and Angie at the front desk was really nice and helpful! My problem with the hotel was the room setup....the key they give you powers the room. It turns everything on even the unadjustable air conditioning that was stuck on ice cold!! If you want to turn it off you have to remove the key but that means no TV or abilify to charge phones or see; if its night time! This is a huge problem and i dont know who would think this is a smart idea!

The Staff was amazing and I don't speak Spanish well. They were there for me any time I needed them and very polite and helpful during my stay. They offer breakfast in bed AMAZING! the only thing I didn't like is that they only have one temperature for the water even for the shower so sometimes my showers were cold.

Un desaste total
Instalaciones malas, puertas en mal estado, almohadas con plásticos que hacen mucho ruido, baños en mal estado, personal de oficios varios no respetan y llegan en la mañana hablando duro, cantando, chiflando en el pasillo sin importarles que hay turista queriendo descansar. Todos comentaban en el restaurante las pésimas condiciones del hotel. Costoso y no lo recomiendo.

Un hotel promedio, para dormir, con gran personal
Es muy difícil evaluar este hotel. Se debe partir por la relación precio-calidad, ya que no se puede exigir las prestaciones de un hotel superior, aunque el costo en temporada alta no me pareció del todo barato (COP$260K noche, acomodaron doble, con desayuno). Las habitaciones cumplen con lo básico aunque en una de ellas no me dieron toallas y en otra no había dispensador de jabón. Es un hotel para dormir únicamente. Dos habitaciones tenían algo de olor a humedad, una de ellas me la cambiaron, la otra dijeron que ya no habían más disponibles, así que tuve que aceptarla. Por suerte el olor se disipaba un poco con el aire acondicionado. Lo rescatable, el desayuno es decente y tienen entre 4 y 5 opciones. Lo mejor del hotel, de lejos y sin pensarlo dos veces, es su personal. Atento y con la mejor disposición de resolver posibles inconvenientes, tanto como les es posible. El hotel está muy bien ubicado, a dos cuadras de una de las mejores playas de bocagrande.

La experiencia fue buena en términos generales. El servicio de las personas es muy bueno y muy cálido. Recomendaría mantener algún tipo de sistema en las habitaciones que quite los malos olores porque cuando se apaga el aire acondicionado se siente olor a humedad y sudor. Solo por ese detalle no volvería.

Es un hotel pequeño pero muy aseado y acogedor, y con excelente ubicación en Bocagrande. My único reparo es que hubo una opción del menú de desayunos que nunca estuvo disponible, y que la ducha tenía una pequeña filtración por las puertas, pero de resto estoy satisfecho.

En términos generales bien , pero se informo ducha salia mas agua hacia arriba que por la regadera no se arreglo y se informo el día 1 de dos , el parqueo es en la calle y solo 2 vehículos , por lo tanto si se conseguía tocaba no sacar el mismo para asegurar , se asigno una habitación a la calle se calentaba mucha calor solar , pega de frente , los desayunos a pesar son aplicativo sufren demoras o no aparecen o no se trae lo pedido.

Excelente custo x benefício . Quarto pequeno, mas honesto. Não tem chuveiro quente. Exala um cheiro muito forte de molho de tomate, o fia todo, que vem de um restaurante ao lado. O problema sério é o café da manhã, piis o local não comporta tanta gente!! Se chega próxima das 10h não tem mais pão e frutas. Pessoal do café da manhã, nada simpático, muito diferente da recepção e limpeza. Excelente costo x beneficio. Habitación pequeña pero honesta. No hay ducha de agua caliente. Exhala un fuerte olor a salsa de tomate, la espinaca entera, que proviene de un restaurante de al lado. El problema grave es el desayuno, ya que el lugar no tiene capacidad para tanta gente. Si llegas alrededor de las 10 a.m., no hay más pan y fruta. El personal del desayuno, nada amable, muy diferente de la recepción y la limpieza.
