Place is decent. Location is really good. Breakfast is included and decent and simple. However there’s no wifi in my room and if I need to use wifi I’d have to go outside which is hot and humid and dark since they turn off the flights on the hallways after 11pm. The shower was not good as the water coming out is not balanced only 2 holes on the entire shower head has water coming out. One of the outlet is broken as well in the washroom. Overall it was a survivable experience but not a good restful experience for me

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel from the very beginning. Miguel was extremely friendly, welcoming, and helpful, always offering great recommendations. We also used the travel agency next to the hotel, which was very trustworthy and convenient. Our room was clean, spacious, and comfortable, with a very nice and cozy bed. The bathroom was a bit small, but it had everything we needed. Breakfast was delicious and full of flavor, and Erika was also fantastic—she made sure our room was stocked daily with fresh towels, shampoo, hand cream, and other essentials. The location is perfect—everything is within walking distance. During our 8-day stay, we never needed a taxi. We felt very safe in the beautiful neighborhood at all times. The patio, pool, and overall hotel design are full of character with beautiful décor. We would love to stay here again and highly recommend it.

Pool area is not very big, but is still very enjoyable. Felt incredibly nice getting into the pool after a long day of strolling the streets of Cartagena in the heat. Great Location and Great Staff!

This is a great hotel, perfect location as it is close to the action in Getsemani, but far enough to be quiet. The staff is excellent and the breakfast is awesome. We stayed there twice, they held our luggage while we went to Rosario for a couple of days. Would definitely recommend. Felt safe in the area at all times.

Rooms are very small, but have a bathroom, a TV, and a ductless air conditioner. Room is clean. Common area lighting is turned off after hours or kept to a minimum.
