A equipe é excelente, o Jhon, as meninas que servem o café da manhã, todos foram gentis, atenciosos e sempre dispostos em ajudar e esclarecer duvidas, dar dicas. O hotel é extremamente bem localizado, é perto dos melhores restaurantes, as praças, o porto, fizemos tudo a pé nos dias que estivemos hospedadas. O café é simples, mas é saudável e saboroso. Os quartos são arrumados todos os dias, a limpeza geral é realizada uma vez, mas tudo certinho e organizado. Com certeza recomendo essa propriedade e voltarei mais vezes quando for a Cartagena. Destaque para os funcionários Sandy, Neliys, Rafael e Lewis, todos foram atenciosos e gentis.
