Amazing property, it’s well located when it comes to being across the beach and a mall right next door. If you are trying to get to the Historic Center which is where most activities happen you will have to Uber, the favorable thing is that Uber is extremely affordable. I also spent some days at Osh hotel in the Getsemaní area and I would prefer to stay in Hyatt because of the great facility and convenience. The only hiccup we had is that our room was not ready at the check in time @3pm, we waited until 4pm for it. Highly recommend.

Absolutely loved my stay at the Hyatt Regency Cartagena! The location is unbeatable, right in front of the sea with stunning views. The rooms are incredibly spacious and spotless. The Club Access is definitely worth it for the extra perks. However, the real highlight was the staff—incredibly welcoming and attentive. A special shout-out to Isabel, who always greeted us with a smile and made us feel so valued.

We had a great stay at the Hyatt Regency Cartagena. The hotel is beautiful, clean, and very well maintained. Our room was comfortable and had amazing views. The staff was friendly, professional, and always willing to help. The location was also very convenient, with easy access to the Old City and other attractions in Cartagena. The pool area and overall atmosphere of the hotel were excellent and made it easy to relax after spending time exploring the city. Overall, we really enjoyed our stay and would definitely recommend the Hyatt Regency Cartagena. We would happily stay here again on our next visit to Cartagena.
