Staff is awesome! Very attentive and responsive to any possible need. The owner, Obeida, is very present and nice. Around the hotel there's a lot to do as well. Loved my 4-night-stay.

An amazing experience.

We had a super great time. Everyone on the staff is very friendly. Jean Pierre speaks good English which made our stay that much more comfortable.

I arrived 2 hours before normal check in time, I paid the remaining balance and head to the beach to wait till normal time. When entering my room a bad old odor comes and I am told there is no water to shower, this really proves how disrespectful and distrustful can be the lady who manages this property.I had no water and room as not ready. Next door party music from 9am till 8pm Out loud that was impossible to even speak clearly on the phone. I would not recommend staying here.

Nos regresamos justo el día antes de la llegada del mar de leva, que afectó la Costa Caribe. Recibimos la mejor atención, disfrutamos del hotel, de sus servicios y de las hermosas playa, y tenemos un alto concepto de la atención. Y calidez de que se da a los clientes. Lo recomendamos.
