"Best parts of the hotel was the view and the breakfast, absolutely amazing. Hotel itself is around seven years old, so reasonably new although some parts makes it look older. Bell boys were exceptionally, clerks were not particularly engaging and most would barely even look up when you walk in. Breakfast options was staggering, something there for everyone, although it is on the expensive side. Staff remember people who h is always a bonus, lady who took coffee orders knew exactly what we have from previous day. Overall a good experience and not bad value."

"First, high quality bed and bedding, so restful. Second, new hotel, very clean, smartly decorated, great views of mountains from my balcony, excellent room spaces and bathroom. Third, excellent location, away from the continuous construction noise (pollution, congestion, chaos) closer to city center. If noise bothers you at 6 am, choose this location. Fourth, great manager/staff. Daily room service was excellent and morning breakfasts were a real bonus (comes with your reservation). Fifth, Abe is a fabulous source of information about food, massage parlors, and other cultural hot spots. Also, Abe is a great science advisor, ask him for a quick science lesson!! You can’t go wrong staying here (also, very close to Fansipan). Thank you D’Mont for a great experience!"
