"First time staying here and I will be coming back the following year for vacation again. Everyone was helpful from the front door to my room and I was very happy with that. We only stayed one night but that was enough to leave a great impression. Thank you and I will be back"

"This hotel is beautiful, rustic, and very clean, situated right on top of the mountains surrounded by gorgeous greenery. The staff and service were wonderful, which made up for the lack of in-room amenities (keep in mind there is no A/C, coffee maker, iron, or hairdryer). Note that the location isn't ideal if you have mobility issues. A couple of things to plan ahead for: 1. You definitely need a vehicle or taxicab. The site mentions a 6-minute drive to downtown, but it took us 10-15 minutes on steep, narrow roads that require careful driving. 2. The hotel restaurant closed at 3:00 PM during our low-season weekday stay. Since there is nothing else close by, finding dinner was tricky. Despite those minor inconveniences, it is a great stay if you’re looking for something low key and relaxing"
