Un lugar acogedor, limpio y con una excelente ubicaciรณn, fuera del trafico y ruido de la ciudad. Me encanto las bebidas calientes disponible las 24 horas. El personal muy atento y siempre dispuesto a ayudar. Todo lindo. โ
โMuy bonito, limpio y personal agradable. La primera noche nos dieron una habitaciรณn que olรญa a cloaca, pero al reclamar nos lo cambiaron inmediatamente. Lo malo no tiene ascensor. El desayuno normal podrรญa mejorar.โ

โI stayed at this hotel for two nights and really enjoyed my stay. The property is a former mansion that once belonged to a Peruvian president who served from 1899 to 1903. He purchased it during that time and lived here after his term ended. Staying here feels like being part of history, and the rooms are beautifully designed with high ceilings. If you enjoy historical buildings like I do, you will definitely appreciate it. The staff were very friendly, the hotel was spotless, and the location...
โThe staff was very friendly at check in and allowed us to check in early. The room was clean and large with a good location in the city. They also held our luggage for a day while we did a hike into Colca Canyon. I desperately wanted to shower when we got back from the hike as we were headed on an overnight bus. I offered to pay to use a shower and be able to do this, but This they would not accommodate. I understand it may not be a normal request, but it would have been very nice!โ
โFantastisch hotel, gerund door een Peruaanse familie. Echte aanrader. Goed gelegen, en gevestigd in een mooi historisch koloniaal huis. De service tijdens ons verblijf was uitmuntend. We hebben dat op een bijzondere manier mogen ervaren. Zeer vriendelijk en gastvrij, en veel extra hulp toen mijn vrouw ziek werd. Nog zeer veel dank daarvoor! We hopen nog eens terug te komen naar Arequipa. We zullen dan zeker weer een kamer boeken bij El Balcon.โ
