“Pictures show updated bathrooms with modern walk-in showers. The actual rooms we got had old bathrooms with bathtubs. The staff said there was nothing they could do as it was booked through Expedia.”

“Very unhappy with management! I booked on 7/4/26 because my family lost power and it was during a heat wave. I expected fully air conditioned rooms at the hotel but was left with 2 rooms that did not have functioning ac units. My children and I were hot the entire night. I requested a refund through Expedia and was told that the Westin management declined the waiver. Very unsatisfied and will never stay here again during the summer months. “The property owners and/or staff are simply amazing. Very kind. I was a little upset because the hotel was mostly empty but yet the receptionist refused to make my king bed a double queen. I could understand if Hotel is full but there were only 6 guests in the entire hotel. Besides the receptionist everyone else is truly amazing. They make you feel welcomed. I would stay again.”
