Property has been successfully renovated since our last stay--including some new furniture, carpet, etc. Clean, without food odor. Comfortable. Breakfast adequate. Could use another newer bag cart. Quite satisfactory for comparable price.

We liked the idea of a jacuzzi, however with mold all over the jets and a big hole in the caulking, we were not able to enjoy this!

Overall my family and I felt safe. The hotel itself is kind of dirty overall, the whole place needs a deep cleaning. Ive been all around the world and have spoke with all dialects of people. The staff was friendly but very hard to understand. The light in the bathroom was out and their fix was a to bring a floor lamp with a foot switch, which is an osha violation. We went to bed and discovered the electrical outlet that everything on the one side of the room was plugged into was loose. Then we plugged our phones and a sound machine in for our child. The sound machine worked, but the only way our phone's would charge is if you plugged in 1 and only 1 item at a time. Only 1 key card worked. The breakfast was nothing but carbs.

I noticed at bed time that the phones cord had been cut. I was in my pajamas I was not going to get dressed. When I came down this morning at 640 the gentleman behind the desk accused me of not telling anyone. I told him I noticed it when I went to bed. Than asked to speak with the manager. Manager is not here. There was at least 1 light out. Towels enough for one person. No tissues in the tissue holder.clearly they don’t pay attention either.

The breakfast choices were limited...not alot of options for more of a protein, alternative milk breakfast. There was no water to drink either. No in room coffee maker to use my own coffee. The bed was comfortable. It was convenient for our trip and not iverly expensive.

For an older hotel, it was very comfortable and clean. Definitely need to buy some new towels. The sheets were clean, the bed was comfortable, but they need to be updated They need more plug-ins for electronics.
