"Our room when we entered appeared to be clean. The towels were displayed nicely in the bathroom, however, the bathroom floor was very sticky sounding to walk on it. It obviously had been poorly mopped. The worst came hours later when we pulled back the comforter to discover that the sheets had not been changed. The comforter and pillows had been made nicely, but the sheets were wrinkled, had food crumbs and there was a dirty Kleenex in the middle of the bed. We discovered this late at night and...

"We were there for 3 nights. After 2 nights I asked cleaning staff in hall if they could take out the garbages. Did not happen. Treadmill was also not working. Other than that it was a good stay."

"Clean, well maintained with friendly efficient staff, Bedding and towels all seemed quite new. I particularly liked the half moon hot tub with a bay windowed view and being on 4th floor was quiet for rest. Would be nice to have a bathroom nightlight. Easy interstate or 45th street business/ restaurant access."
