À 2 pas de la plage. Personnel à l'écoute et très gentil. Nous étions dans une chambre à 4 avec des lits superposés, les enfants ont adoré Je recommande!

Muy recomendable

Hotel muy cerca de la playa y a escasos 10 minutos andando del centro. Zona muy tranquila, servicio muy atento y amable. Gran variedad de comida en el bufet y de muy buena calidad. Este ha sido el segundo año que pasamos unos días en este hotel y no será el último.

Bien situado el hotel, la habitación muy bien limpia y espaciosa, comida en general no muy sabrosa pero ai de todo, personal atento, lo que echaba de menos un poco de animación no te dan ganas de quedarte a tomarte algo por las noches en el hotel

Good for the price

Nice and updated big room with nice bathroom. Not so nice view or balcony. Plenty of choice for breakfast/dinner. Good general service but a bit annoying when waiters kept trying to collect your plates before we had finished

Hele mooie slaapkamer met een mooie badkamer. Bed lag prima. Elke dag nieuwe lakens en handdoeken. Heel goed hotel voor weinig geld. Absoluut een aanrader!

Chambre très propre, lits confortables et douches spacieuses ! Proximité de la plage et de nombreux restaurants. Le moins: parking payant dans l hôtel indisponible, ce qui nous a obligé à trouver un plan B car en plein mois d août IMPOSSIBLE de se garer, un véritable enfer !

Magníficas vacaciones

Muy contentos y satisfechos de nuestra estancia. Todo el personal del hotel ha sido muy amable y atento. La habitación ha estado siempre muy limpia y ordenada, donde hemos disfrutado de su comodidad. Una ubicación inmejorable para disfrutar de playa y shopping en Platja d’Aro. Piscina muy cómoda y accesible. Sin duda lo recomendamos!

Pésima atención al cliente

No pude alojarme porque me equivoqué de fecha al coger la reserva. Llamé al hotel y a la central de reservas y dejé un mensaje con mi contacto varias veces ya que no atendían. Dijeron que llamarían y nunca lo hicieron. Pésimo servicio de atención al cliente.

De este establecimiento me gustó su ubicación, zona tranquila i cerca del centro y al lado de la playa. El único pero es que cuando regresaba de la playa a veces la habitación aún no estaba hecha.
