"Fantastic staff -- Silvio and Marcus, along with several others at the front desk were amazingly helpful. Nice spacious and clean room, with nice design details. The hotel is a short walk to the historical center (3-5 minutes) and a short walk and one-stop metro ride to the train and bus station. Great breakfast and amazing bread! The wait staffs at the breakfast room were delighful and efficient. The view was amazing too. I would like to thank all staffs for their hospitality. "Our stay in Catania was great. The hotel manager went above and beyond helping us on multiple occasions. The area and views from the hotel were less than scenic but a short walk away was the dining, shopping, and historic areas. It was a little unnerving to find the hotel lobby door was locked on the inside so we could not exit without the desk clerk and his key when leaving early."
