"I think this is a
family own/run business! Tony speaks English very well, both him and his staff are nice, polite and very helpful in term of providing any suggested places to eat, motorbike rental and/or any other tourist info on the island. Breakfast was cooked on order so this is great.
The hotel is relatively new and quiet because it situated on an upper and a deadend street and its back is technically a few meters from a mountain wall (see photo)

family it is more a 3 star or a 4 star hotel, a lot of the facilities need to be renovated the
kids play area and the heated pool in tower 2 are both in poor shape"

"We had a wonderful stay here as a group of 12 adults! The hotel staff were some of the friendliest I’ve ever encountered and the hotel was so lovely and cosy. The breakfast selection was excellent, and we enjoyed the extensive bar menu on multiple evenings. Many of our party loved the pool area too to relax and escape from the hot humidity. Would definitely recommend this hotel to any traveler. "

"The hotel was very modern, extremely clean and staff were always very attentive, polite and friendly. It’s in a good location in the town for food, drinks and shops and there was underground parking. The rooftop pool is a fantastic area with amazing views as it’s on the 28th floor. It’s lit up at night and it looks so lovely. We had a free birthday cake for my partner that we weren’t expecting and the price of staying there was very very reasonable as it was a package with the flights. The air...
