"The staff was rude. I didn’t have internet in my room during my stay, and when I called, they’d hang up on me. When I went to speak at the front desk, they said it’s a problem only in my room and gave me a piece of paper with the internet service providers phone number to call and do the troubleshooting myself. "

"The room and beds were great. Checking in was just a bit frustrating because we did everything online and got the confirmation that said we just had to stop and grab our room keys at the desk but when we got to the desk we had to go through everything again. I think because it was late and we were ready to sleep it was not ideal. For one or two nights we would stay again though."

"Staying extended time i wouldn't choose this location 1. No breakfast 2. Coffee is bad 3. Cleaning staff isn't cleaning properly "

"The room had a bathtub in it that looked like it hadn’t been cleaned and the room had a dampness to it with a slight odor. I went next door to the grocery store and got some cleaning products and air freshener and it was fine after that. "

"I did not receive the room I selected. The room wasn't clean along with the bathroom. Poor attendant service. The parking lot had trash all round it. The pool has never been attended to for maintenance. It had trash in it and looked like a swamp pool. I had to ask for new linens because none of them in the room were clean. The new linens I was given was dirty. Terrible Management. Would not recommend the location. "
