“We booked the Preferred Club, but didn't feel like preferred members. The beach is beautiful! The beach staff should concentrate on cleaning and maintaining it better. Hardly any sargassm. They moved our belongings while we were at breakfast for only 30 minutes, and didn't bother to tell us where they moved them to. Not cool. But management was very nice and understanding when we complained. The loud music was ANNOYING! There is no where to go to escape it! People are on the beach and wanted...

“We have very mixed feelings about this resort. The location was very nice, right on the water, with a ladder to enter and exit the ocean. There is no beach, but we prefer to swim in the ocean and pools without dealing with sand, so this was very nice. The pools are large and well kept. The grounds are also fairly well kept. There are some maintenance issues. Some of the public bathrooms were not kept clean. A soap dispenser in one bathroom was empty the whole time we were there. But, by far...

“Front desk was super accommodating and was able to get us checked in a few hours earlier than expected. They were friendly, helpful and the room was so clean and modern. The european energy saving amenties and fixtures were a first for us and we loved it!”
