"The staff here are super nice and friendly. They let us store our luggage before check-in and after check-out. They even let us eat breakfast even though we were really early for check-in."

"The staff was friendly and helpful. Room was exceptionally clean. My room overlooked the pool so that was a nice treat. It is about one mile from the downtown, but the shuttles ran pretty quickly. I would stay there again."

"Absolutely loved my stay at Hermosa Hotel. Was comfy and cozy and a lot of room for solo travel. Hotel was in a perfect spot in town that made it easy to get around & access everything on the island. Can’t wait to go back!!"

"The hotel is very run down. The carpet was old and stained, the bed sheets were stained. The hotel had no circulating air and had a very musky smell. The pictures were very deceiving. Great location but not what you paid for nor worth the money. "

"Very standard minimalistic room, not decorated. Outdated furnishings. There was an ok view out our window but the windows were filthy. Very noisy - there is a one in gap from the floor to the bottom of the door. Lots of noise from the hallway and from the street at night. The 6th floor patio was a nice area - need to have towels available for the lounge chairs (like in the picture). For $240/nt it was a bit disappointing."
