“Great home base for seeing Sequoia and Kings Canyon National Park! Perfect location, friendly staff, we stayed two nights in the super cute motel and ate at the restaurant - the food and local beers were delicious! I stayed here a few years ago and loved it so much I was sure to book a stay at Gena’s again for this trip. We will be back!”
“Excellent location for visiting Sequoia and Kings Canyon NP. The host was attentive, the room was perfect with a fridge, microwave, coffee maker, and place settings for 2. I just hope the toilet paper was chosen for the septic system and not because they wanted that brand. I am glad I arrived in the daylight, the short dirt road in would be tricky in the dark the first time.
Dining recommendations were spot on - good food, very friendly service, and close by.
I wouldn't hesitate to book here...
"The room was obsolete and its components were too old. Cleaning of the room was poor. The bedclothes were not clean and have many hairs of fore-guests. The pillows were dirty too, so I had to place towels on them. "
