We had an issue with the temperature in our room. We had a wonderful young man that came quickly and assessed the situation. "This is the second time staying here. I came back this spring for a birthday visit with my best friend. This is the cutest hotel. The staff is so kind and helpful. It is so nice to have a hotel so conveniently located and close to the train. The decor is beautiful and the breakfast is so good! I will definitely be back/ "

"Interesting, modular concept. Amenities great for a short stay and position perfect for onward travel or sightseeing. The staff were efficient and very helpful. Within the airport signage for Terminal 3 was poor. Once advised about the shuttle and where to catch it the hotel was easily reached on foot."
