โI really enjoyed my stay at the Renaissance Hotel especially the location being downtown Baltimore it made everything more accessible. Although the elevators were down the staff compensated me for the slight inconvenience, which was much appreciated. I look forward to staying here again.๐โ
โThis hotel had an excellent location to many places in Baltimores Inner Harbor. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Also the parking was very easy and convenient which you dont always get in a downtown area. It was a great stay!โ
โI made my reservation here a month ago.
However, on the day of check-in, the front dest staff informed me that my reservation had been transferred to another location due to maintenance issues at the hotel, and the staff instructed me to go there.
This was an extremely frustrating and unprofessional way to handle a situation, and it was the first time in my life that I had experienced such a thing.
I asked to speak with her manager, but when I tried to call, the manager did not answer. I...
โEverything was great but the housekeeping lady went to my room almost an hour before check out and even opened the door saying that โI needed to leave my room nowโ โ
โStaff was very friendly and the hotel was nice and clean.
The only thing we didn't like was the area in which the hotel was. Unsafe and dirty. Definitely do not recommend walking around alone. People in the streets smoking pot...thats all we could smell. People sleeping outside hotel and people hanging out on all street corners. Its Baltimore, so I kind of knew what to expect but this was really bad and as i mentioned before, unsafe.โ
