Overall, we enjoyed our stay. The property has a beautiful, relaxing atmosphere and is a great place to unwind. However, there were a few issues that made our experience less enjoyable. We booked two rooms and submitted a request several days before our arrival through the booking platform, asking if the rooms could be located close to each other. After receiving no response from the hotel, I contacted the booking platform’s customer service and was assured that the request had been arranged. Unfortunately, when we checked in, we discovered that the rooms were assigned in completely different areas of the property, which meant my friend had to drive to another location to reach their room. My friend’s room also experienced a hot water issue. The two of them were only able to shower for a combined total of less than 30 minutes before the hot water ran out. In contrast, the hot water in my room lasted for well over an hour without any problem, so this seemed to be an issue specific to their room. To make matters worse, my friend woke up the next morning and found a large spider on the bed, which was quite alarming. These issues didn’t completely ruin our trip, but they were disappointing and could have been avoided. I hope the hotel will improve communication regarding guests’ special requests, pay closer attention when assigning rooms, and ensure that all rooms are thoroughly inspected before guests arrive.

I brought my wife to the Poscard Cabin because a friend of owers told me about it. I have to tell you my wife had a blast we came here to celebrate her 66th Birthay and ower 20 years anniversary and it was the best choice I made. I will recommend to everyone I know.

We had a wonderful stay at this cabin. It was peaceful, quiet, and the perfect place to relax and unwind. The staff were very attentive and came by daily to top up amenities whenever needed, which made our stay even more comfortable. The location was also very convenient. A supermarket was only about 10 minutes away, and Walmart was approximately 15 minutes away, making it easy to pick up anything we needed during our stay. But we bought stuff before we got to our cabin.

We had a wonderful weekend stay at Postcard Cabins in the Eastern Catskills. The cabin was peaceful, cozy, and exactly what we needed for a relaxing getaway. One of our favorite parts was spending the evenings making s’mores and enjoying the tranquility of the surrounding nature. The host provided clear, straightforward instructions, which made everything easy from arrival to departure. If you're looking for a quiet escape to unwind and recharge, this is a fantastic spot. We would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to others!

I went on a solo cabin trip and it was so relaxed and peaceful! The condition of the cabin was better than I expected it to be and the staff were super friendly and accommodating. Definitely plan to go again next year! The cabin had so many supplies from cooking material, mini fridge (no freezer portion), lighters, books, games, stereo! I will say if you're able to rent a car, please do so. It was easy to Uber from New York City to the property, but to get an Uber back into the city was very hard. I ended up calling a taxi service. Lesson learned lol

We had a great experience at the Postcard Cabin in the Catskills. Our son really enjoyed exploring the forest and spending time outdoors. We also stopped by a small nearby town, which made the trip even more special. Everything was peaceful, clean, and well organized. It was a perfect little getaway, and we would definitely come back again.
