"Across the street from MRT which is important in HK, especially when we experienced heavy rain a few times. For the area, value was excellent. Many restaurants and shopping within walking distance. Victoria Harbor was nearby. The gym and pool is actually run by the YMCA so you do have to get a guest pass from their front desk to use the facility. The hotel tells you upon check-in they only clean the rooms every third day unless you specifically ask for something different. The people working at the entrance half the time does not open the door for guest even though they were just standing talking (that is not a deal breaker but just something we noticed). We will definitely consider staying here again for our next trip."

The morning shift manager Charlie really impressed me Always a warm smile to most customer While most other asst chef keep checking to ensured food are fully provided , enough lady staff keep helping changing plate Quality of food for breakfast is enough. "Our four nights at Cordis in a Club room was made perfect at the lounge, with its lovely view of Hong Kong particularly at sunset, where a wide assortment of afternoon tea treats plus nightly drinks and canapés were served. Special mention goes to the lounge staff in particular Crystal (who went far and beyond to make our stay a memorable one) and Mahen (who made us feel very much at home). Beyond the lounge was a bright, spacious and beautiful room with various amenities. The icing on the cake for me was the 18/20 metre heated lap pool on level 41, which I thoroughly enjoyed at 7.30 am. "
