The owners were friendly, positive people, and the site is simple, unpretentious, and close to the ferries to all the Venice islands, yet removed from their bustle, and tucked into surrounding farm lands on Lido. It is close to the swimmable beaches for summer goers, and the prices for their home cooked 3 course menu's, with wine and prosecco were excellent, and the quality was sublime. "The actual site was great. Staff were friemdly enough. Lots of hidden costs added whilst tour the air con example is €7 a day. Mobile homes are tired need renovation. No cleaner cam for 10 days then camp site tried billing us to clean it at the end. We refused has we have been cleaning it daily. Restaurants are really expensive."

"Excellent hotel. Staff were so helpful with helping us get around Venice. The bathroom is a bit small and could be an issue if you are a large person. The shower is a fold up door and very small. Otherwise the hotel is fantastic with great restaurants everywhere & close to supermarket. Will definitely be back. "
