Would have preferred real coffee cups rather than cardboard cups. Would have liked a shelf or alcove in the shower to hold our soap and shampoo. But everything else was just perfect!โ

โWe loved this place. Mary (spelled English but pronounced French) is delightful. The property is her house and has only a very few rooms available. But our room was much larger than anywhere else we have stayed, had a larger bathroom than most places, and even had a shared kitchen. It is in a very quiet neighborhood, but there are cafes around the corner, and everything in Amboise is just across the bridge.โ
โWe absolutely loved our stay at Le Gaimont. Our hosts Elisa and Mathieu were so welcoming and friendly and made our short stay truly memorable. The rooms are really comfortable and there are lots of places around the property to relax and enjoy the little haven of peace. Our 3 year old son loved playing in the heated pool and trying to be the boss of the very friendly hotel dog!

โI am Kim from Korea and I stayed two nights in this historically great Chateau constructe long time ago( maybe 11 century). The restoration is perfectly done and the garden is good too. I also enjoyed the beautiful swimmiing pool. There are many attaction sites inside 30min from this Chateau and the breakfast was great too. I hope to say thanks to the hotel for comfortable staying.โ
