Ótima estadia, local de fácil acesso, estacionamento no local, café da manha e quarto simples porém bom . Única coisa que ficou a desejar foi o chuveiro, que é a Gás , porém não esquentou muito , mais em geral ótimo custo beneficio

Razoável. No local tivemos problemas com a limpeza do quarto. No banheiro, só funcionava o registro de água quente no misturador. A porta do quarto fechava com dificuldades e o isolamento acústico não é dos melhores: dava para ouvir a conversa dos hóspedes do quarto ao lado. Cumpre salientar que todos os pedidos realizados à recepção foram atendidos.

Preço justo, bem localizado!!!

Preço muito justo e por ser localizado na estrada foi muito bom por conta de estarmos de passagem apenas. O quarto é muito confortável, café da manhã era bom e os funcionários muito atenciosos.

Fomos recebidos com simpatia. No quarto as cortinas estavam desprendendo, ventilador muito sujo, toalhas poídas, papel higiênico muito ruim. Na manhã de sábado, 12/10/19, fomos acordados, às 6 horas, pelo compressor de um casal de vendedores de balões de gás sob nossa janela. O café da manhã poderia ser melhor mas não ficamos com fome. De fato vou pensar duas vezes antes de reservar neste site.

Eu não gostei de terem me transferido para um hotel inferior (Hotel City em Caxias do Sul), que ficava a 20 km de Farroupilha, e ainda por cima ter que pagar o mesmo valor. Essa experiência com a Expedia foi decepcionante, dificilmente voltarei a usar o serviço de vocês. Também vou alertar meus conhecidos em relação ao problema de overbooking que tive com a Expedia.

Vale o preço pago pela diária.

Cheguei depois do horário do check in e quarto não estava disponível, tive que esperar para ocupar o mesmo. Água do chuveiro não é quente suficiente para o período de inverno, não tinha cabides, frigobar e tv antiga de tubo em posição ruim, tive assar de pegar a parte antiga do hotel, onde tudo é mto defasado, até janela do quarto é do tipo basculante nada propisio para o comodo. Atendimento bom, anfitrião atencioso, no geral pelo preço cobrado, até vale, mas pode melhorar um pouco.

Local bonito, limpo e agradavel, mas com serviços a desejar, compramos uma diária para casal, no momento que entramos não tinha camareiras, tão pouco um serviço para ajustar o quarto, que era para solteiro, cobrei, não recebi retorno e eu mesmo tive que juntar as camas. Atendimento deixa a desejar pela estrutura.
