First, the doors in the rooms need to be fixed. They don’t close properly and feel poorly maintained, which affects both comfort and security. Second, the overall cleanliness of the building needs improvement. Common areas don’t feel well cared for, and it gives the impression of neglect. There are also clothes left hanging on the balconies of the building, apparently for a long time, and no one seems to remove them. This looks unprofessional and negatively impacts the appearance of the property. Finally, the restaurant surface is a bad choice because it holds sand. Every morning you step there, get sand on your feet, and then end up bringing sand back into your room. This could easily be fixed by changing or properly covering the flooring. Overall, with proper maintenance, cleaning, and some basic fixes, this place could be much better. Right now, these issues significantly affect the guest experience.
