The exhaust fans in the bathrooms are on a passive system. the motors are in the attic of the property to reduce any noise they would normally make. When you flip the switch, it opens the vent for you. it is working even though you do not hear it. The receipt comes directly from Expedia. You paid them for your stay not the hotel. The staff did check each time you called or stopped in and we did not find it in the room when it was cleaned after you checked out nor did we find it when another search was made of the room. Unfortunately, Ms. Estella the hotel does not control the reservation when you make it thru a 3rd party. You will have to talk to them about your experience. If you book thru them, you must cancel thru them as well. The hotel cannot change anything about the reservation. I am sorry you had an unpleasant experience with your booking.

I am sorry you did not like them. The bathroom is an accessible bath with a roll in shower. This is why it is a little wider than most. i am happy you found our rooms clean and comfortable.
