“Our booking was to include a balcony with chairs and a table. The room we were given only had a balcony a foot wide. We were booked in for four nights but they could not move us to a balcony room for two nights . We decided not to move as we would have to pack and unpack again. In compensation, the hotel gave us two nights dinner for free. The receptionist Carla did all she could to help us and has our thanks.”
