โI had an overall pleasant stay at this hotel. The staff was welcoming and greeted us with a sweet touch of hospitality. Check-in was smooth, and the room was clean and comfortable. The amenities, especially breakfast, were enjoyable and well-maintained. โ
โStaff were very helpful and friendly. One guy Fatih would go above and beyond to help, would share his food and snacks and really make you feel welcome. Would recommend for everyone except if you have mobility or health problems as the area is quite hilly. Bus is very closeby and can take you to Karakoy/Eminonu/Besiktas, metro is about 10mins walk to Osmanbey and 20mins walk to Taksim.โ
โThe hotel is very clean and Mustafa in the reception was very helpful. The location is good but itโs hard to reach the Taksim square on foot because of the uphill streets.โ
โSuper clean and very comfortable stay we had. I have no single bad words to say about Joy suites.
Very close to metro (underground) and Taskim square is only few minutes away. There shops around for groceries etc. โ
โThis hotel never fails to make me feel like Iโm in my own home! The staff are professional, friendly and helpful! The front desk reached out before our check in and answered all questions. The Bar Lobby staff are excellent especially Hamza. Every staff in the front desk are fantastic. Highly recommended is you are coming to Istanbul for business or shopping or leisure. โ
