The food is delicious, very wholesome and made of natural ingredients to order.
All the staff were so helpful and work hard to please. However a big shout out to Noemi who has gone above and beyond her job to organise forgotten laundry to be returned to us. She has been so lovely and helpful. โ
โThis hotel is walking distance from main Plaza. The food in the hotelโs restaurant was on point. Staff were friendly and attentive. Room was clean. My kids loved the pool. We will stay in this hotel gain if we come back to valladolid. โ
โI stayed here with my family for three nights and all of us loved it for various reasons. The common areas and rooms are very clean with upgraded interior details such as ceiling fans in every room and the much needed AC unit, light filtering window shades, wooden doors, upscale toilet, sink and shower fixtures. We loved the pool, small and cozy but refreshing. But what stole our hearts was the breakfast which was included in the room rate!!! Amazingly, it is not just coffee and pastries but...
โWe stayed a few days at this cute boutique hotel. The staff were so friendly and helpful, the surroundings beautiful and calm and the room stylish and adequate. The hotel is located on a really nice street with small boutiques, cafes and restaurants. The hotel also have a cafe and courtyard open to the public. โ
โStaff was super nice and helpful. Rooms were clean and set up very cute. Very spacious. Mexico culture felt throughout. Wifi available. You can ask for pool towels at the desk. There is a cute cafe separately owned out front that stayed open late. You can find a convenience store on the next block. You do have to use street parking or pay for a garage. Our family loved it. โ
