"Nice hotel"

"I had a pleasant stay at the Best Western Hotel. The staff were very kind, helpful, and welcoming throughout my visit. Airport shuttle was excellent. The room was clean and comfortable, although I did notice a slight stain in the toilet seat. Breakfast was decent but could be improved with a bit more variety or quality. Overall, I enjoyed my stay and would consider returning."

"Clean room and friendly staff. Having a shuttle to the airport was great. Unfortunately no breakfast unless you pay extra and to me the room was already expensive even though it was one of the cheaper options."

"Shuttle service was excellent, just call at the arrivals and remember they are 15 to 20 mins away. Because of our late arrival hour the bar was not open but the adjoining restaurant (Denny's) was more then happy to serve us. Our room had been up grade, nice surprise, again remember it not a new Hotel....very clean and has been well maintained. The Staff efficient, very polite and friendly. Definitely recommend, more then 6 visits, and planning more in the future. Big thank you to the Staff. "

"Rooms need upgrading as the grunge and dirt in the showers and around the baseboards is an eyesore. Did not use the laundry or gym. Staff were very pleasant and welcoming."

"Staff is typically very accommodating. We had the fire alarm go off at 9:30 am which delayed us from our check out routine and we ask to extend check out and weee denied. We stay here a lot and have spent a lot at this specific location so it was unfortunate that was their response. "
