“Location was great, lots to do and the hotel is clean and well equipped with what you’d need otherwise you’ll find things all around. All the staff were fantastic but I want to give a special mention to Alyssa, when my AC went out she sprung into action fast and made sure I was made comfortable. It’s wonderful that Hyatt hires people they trust and you’re not waiting on some chain to decide if I can have AC or not. Super happy with my experience and will be back! ”

“The swimming pool is basically useless since it is very small and very shallow. The grounds were large enough to have built a decent size lap pool. Salt water is used, however, which makes it nice to be in. There were times when the hotel's sound system was playing music a bit loud and it wasn't the best music, but then again, I'm older so I shouldn't complain. Younger people who are here on business, and there were many of those, probably like it, and that is as it should be. The young...
