“What a view!! This room has no air conditioning but would definitely go back. I don't like cold air blasting, so it was not inconvenient for me. The view from my room was so comforting and nice to sit in the balcony enjoying it all even for a short stay. I took a short walk after dinner and very relaxing and quiet town. “This was one of the nicest places we stayed in our whole trip (5 weeks). We had a two bedroom bungalow which was very modern and comfortable.
Major pluses:
The kids had their own bedroom with proper beds (separate single beds and not sofa / pullout style);
**TWO** toilets!
Clothing storage in both bedrooms including hanging space;
Free self-serve coffee in the reception area;
Plush carpet and very large couch;
Very convenient to Europa Park.”

다만 호텔 룸의 전화는 코드 조차 연결되어 있지 않았습니다. 4시경이었는데도 담당자가 근무시간이 아니라고 다음 날 해결해주었습니다. TV가 켜지지 않는데 전화도 되지 않아 직접 내려가서 문의하니 TV가 고장인지 리모콘이 문제인지 물어보더군요.어느 쪽 문제인지 모른다고 하니 리모콘을 가져오라고 했습니다. 이런 방식의 대응은 처음이었지만 이곳의 표준 서비스 수준일 수도 있다고 생각합니다. 높은 수준의 서비스만 기대하지 않는다면 충분히 숙박할만합니다니다.”
