"The location is not close to Tsarevec which is the main attraction in this city. The front desk person took advantage of the fact that I was tired and didn’t want to look for a different hotel so he raised the price of the room to over $200 for a $100 room. "The friendliest reception in Bulgaria yet. The staff, amazing. The property, amazing. The location and view (guess) - amazing. There is a restaurant 3 steps away w wonderful food and service, the room was HUGE, parking was a breeze and the breakfast is phenomenal. It’s not modern. It’s old world, clean, quiet, lovely and has good beds. We needed to book this due to a last minute change in plans and couldn’t be happier Note: I should have asked her name, but there was a front desk employee at the time of check in who was so lovely and helpful. I hope her supervisor sees this because she is doing a wonderful job. "
