“This hotel was beautiful in the lobby and and other public ally visible spaces, but the room itself was dirty and underwhelming. Dirty bathroom floor, towel was black after touching it, paint chips everywhere, door was thin and the knobs barely turned. The bed was comfortable. The staff were not rude, but just seem entirely uninterested in helping you out or in hospitality in general. Completely disappointed by our stay here… was very much looking forward to it.
