"Room and staff are great! Just FYI…there is not microwave in the room and there is only two shuttle pickups from the Cruise Terminal at 7:30AM & 8:30AM. I booked this hotel for the shuttle benefit but we couldn’t even get off the ship until 8:30AM and then ended up having to wait over an hour for a Lyft. If you need reliable shuttle options for pick-up, I’d look elsewhere. They had a ton of options for drop off times at the terminal, it doesn’t make sense for only 2 super early options for pickup."
