"Great place, as described, clean and right on the beach "

"Staff was very friendly and helpful. Pool was perfect. Our bed sheets did not appear to be clean and the comforter was thinner than a sheet. Sheets had several stains and dried candy stuck to them. There was a lot of sand on the floor and hairs that weren’t ours all over the bathroom. Luckily we didn’t spend much time in the room. Awesome location and okay amenities but not overly clean. We had to wear shoes in the room due to sand on the floor but that’s probably part of a beach front hotel. The helpfulness and friendliness of the staff made up for the grubby room. "

"The bed was comfy, pillows ok. The room would not stay cool, the a/c ran all the time. Bathroom was older and need of a make over or a good deep cleaning. There is no light in the shower so hard to see when in the shower. Tub drained slow so took a bath and a shower at the same time. The second morning there was no hot water, took a cold shower. Walls are thin could here our neighbors. They also liked to smoke skunk. The entire smelled like skunk every time we came back. Neighbors also didn't know how to be quiet, slammed doors at all hours of the night. Breakfast wasn't good. Not much choices. Not a coffee drinker and can't have juice in the morning, so had water. Location was nice, we just won't be back thanks to the inconsiderate people on our floor."

"The property was well maintained but the housekeeper on the 2nd night (Friday) made the bed up with a shirt still left under the sheets. Not sure if she was in a hurry or not."
