“There was a consistent banging throughout the night like something was banging on our floor. May have been in the piping or ventilation. Couldn’t sleep due to this. Plus in the room with three queen beds, the only air vent was in a separate room with one bed. The thermostat on the wall in the other room was not working which seemed to be set up that way intentionally. The pillows are awful fully hard stuffed squares. Filthy carpets. Staff was not helpful.
