"Worst experience in Semarang. The bathroom was filthy, and the shower was broken — only water came out with no proper function. The sink was clogged and wouldn’t drain. They didn’t even provide drinking water in the room, blaming environmental reasons. But the worst part was the front desk staff. I booked one room through an app and then rented an additional room at the counter. When I asked to change the credit card used for payment, the staff simply said it wasn’t possible. When I asked for the policy they were referring to, they said they couldn’t provide it (???). The front desk agent wasn’t even wearing a name tag and refused to give me their name. When I asked to speak with the General Manager, I was told they couldn’t be contacted. This hotel is full of lazy staff who don’t want to work, take no responsibility, and just make excuses and lie."
