While I am sure that no WiFi is beyond the control of the staff, the corporate management could have sent a message to the hotel customers explaining the issue and the timeframe for getting it back into operation. "We used this hotel for a brief one night stay, after a visit to the devastated village Oradour-sur-Glane. The rooms were clean and the beds were comfortable. One of the reasons we selected this hotel was that the information provided on Expedia says that parking is available. In our experience this did not mean on-site or hotel-managed parking. It meant that we were welcome to find street parking ourselves and pay Limoges for the privilege. This worked fine for us. Guests just need to have appropriate expectations."

"Fantastic hotel in this small city. My partner and I stayed here for two nights as a small stopover on our journey around France. We specifically stayed here as we were visiting Oradour-sur-Glane. I was driving a hire car, but had forgot to book parking, but the staff were so accommodating and sorted me out a parking space. The room was clean and comfortable. We explored Limoges during the day, and the hotel was ideally located near the centre as well as close to bars and restaurants. The highlight was the friendliness and helpfulness of the staff."
