"This place was remarkably close to the Casino and easy to get to after the concert we attended. On check-in, the front lobby reeked of smoke, even though there were no smoking signs everywhere. We were awoken around 2:30 AM. when load guests arrived to their rooms down the hall. The walls are paper thin as also heard the next rooms cell phone ring and heard his entire conversation."

"The freezer door was broke on the mini fridge so it was frosted over. Couldn’t use it. Bathroom lighting was kind of dim. Shower could use an upgrade. Bed was comfortable. Close enough for our trip to the beach and to Michigan adventure. Overall, not a bad place for the price."

"Great location and the staff was really helpful. They even had a van to drive us to our restaurant. Would have picked us up to bring us back but we decided to walk. No breakfast but we were fine with that."

"From our check in with Brooke at the front desk to our departure with Alex at the blast front desk overall it was a great stay! Especially the staff, super friendly and accommodating! I felt so welcome and appreciated as a guest! Also a shout out to Dave in reservations who answered my online question right away. Elena in hotel opposition got right too getting out TV on line and got maintenance , Sage, right up to our room to service it, Sage was the nicest maintenance I've met in a hotel setting. Dalessa at the front desk patiently and so pleasantly answered my questions, very knowledgeable! So pleasent. I wish I had gotten the name of the young lady in the gift shop, I loved her welcoming enthusiasm! Martha at "Omas Kitchen" made us all feel so at home, so chipper and sweet, she never lost patience with our crazy ordering, lol. Alex at the "Blast" front desk was very kind and welcoming! He answered all of our questions relating to my disabled husbands ability to spend time with us at the waterpark. The life guards where absolutely amazing, there interaction with the public is commendable! I only had small complaints regarding the room and that was the air vent had dirt around it and cobwebs on the ceiling. Accommodation wise, the bathroom , toilet area was very small for a 2 room suite. Outside if that our stay was amazing and I want to give a great big shout out to the Bavarian Inn at Frankinmuth!"
