"Hot was not working blocked off for repairs. House Keeping never came in entire 3day stay to take out garbage or give fresh towels. "

"Quick stay in town. We have been here before and always liked this hotel. Had some cleanliness issues with stains on the bed headboard and the outlets were junk. They need updated outlets as nothing would work. Otherwise perfect. "

"Very clean. And beautiful. I stayed at this same hotel when it was under old management and it wasn’t that great back then. I went again because I was familiar with it and I was fully expecting it to be just like last time. But no. I was surprised in how well things where ran. The rooms here clean. The lobby was alive. I was very happy with my stay and will stay again "

"Beautiful property!! I will say, they tried to charge me $300 for smoking in my room. They have a new system that senses smoke (even vape smoke!) I did NOT vape or smoke, but did use a medical device for my albuterol. They ended up refunding me, but I was Shocked! 1) feels like an invasion of privacy 2) they did not volunteer the info, I got a notification of a pending charge. "

"They overbooked the room type I had but gave me a modest temporary upgrade. It was clean but busy. The area was fairly walkable though "

"I was unknowingly put in a handicapped room. The bed was too soft and low to the ground. The window shades are automated, and didn't work. The shower controls weren't intuitive and the tub was slick. Not for me!"
