Central Missouri, Missouri hotel rooms at the Best Western

This is the first time I have ever brought my dog with me on a trip. This is the best pet friendly Hotel!! Everyone was very attentive and ready to help all the time, housekeeping service was great...can not say enough great things about this Hotel. The food is excellent too - just ask my 65lb black lab. Will use this hotel in the future.

Nice clean place, shower is really nice and people are super nice.

Friendly staff welcomed us throughout our stay. The property was updated and very clean. The only negative I can find is the same negative with every hotel...hotel pillows are just not good. But that's common to every hotel.

Excellent hotel

I wish all hotels were as nice as the Comfort Inn in Warrensburg! This is our second stay there. My granddaughter attends volleyball camp during the day and at night we "chill". It's grand one-on-one time. We are treated like we are in a five star resort. I do not know who trained staff but they are wonderful! The breakfast bar is like a restaurant with staff clearing our plates, asking if we need anything else. She even poached eggs to meet someone's dietary needs. AND the place is...

Excellent hotel, super clean great rooms

Great property, less than 5 min from fort Leonard wood. My family stayed in the studio suite, which was basically a small apartment. The space was more than enough for us (family of 4). The area is mostly quiet. Pool/gym open 24/7. Breakfast was wonderful. Staff was nice. Room was clean. Would definitely stay here again!

The property is everything they say that are. The only frustration is they charge a separate $10.00 (plus tax) resort charge, regardless of whether you use the resort amenities. This "hidden" charge should simply be a part of the room rate and not a surprise when you check out.

The people working there were amazing and accommodating. We were very nervous about traveling with a toddler during COVID and moving cross country, but Chris, the front desk manager, was extremely patient and answered my many questions and met my many requests. By the night of check in, Ashlee was ready and had accommodated everything we asked for and also helped out when I realized my ice had melted and I was at risk of losing my frozen breastmilk. This was comparable to any top luxury hotel in a large city. The duplex we stayed in was beautiful and very large.

Very nice stay

I had booked my room on the incorrect date. I was devastated. They were very quick to try and find me a room. They were completely booked. I left and went out to my car to try and find somewhere else to stay. They ran out and told me they were able to find 1 room available and it was mine if I wanted it. The young lady went way above and beyond to help me with my own error. I was very shocked with how kind they were to me.

We had a very nice stay with a very nice breakfast.

Clean, comfortable beds, well appointed rooms, appears that hotel has been recently updated. Breakfast was the best we have had at any hotel with all inclusive breakfast. The employees are helpful and very accommodating! We would return to this hotel anytime we are in Rolla!

I like the fact that it is literally 5 minutes from Fort Leonard Wood right out the main gate. The room was quiet and nice, as a single woman traveler I felt like it was in a relatively safe area. The parking lot was well lit and close to entrance. I would stay here again.
