"The location is terrific and the room was very nice. A few things should be improved upon, especially at the rates they are charging: pillows went flat; only a face wipe is provided (bring your own face soap if preferred); there's only one elevator for the entire property so be prepared to wait at peak times; and the valet was super backed up in the evening (the public parking garage next door was a welcome blessing and safe and cheaper fyi). But depending on the rate, I'd bring my own pillows and stay again for convenience over the nearby Marriotts/Hilton."
