"Staff was friendly and informed. The building was fairly new, well maintained and clean. Very easy off and on for interstate I-86. There was a fair amount of road noise from the interstate, but not so much that it affected sleep. The thermostat was a bit finicky but worked okay once got used to it."

"The most needed improvement for me would be to replace stained carpeting and furniture in the rooms. Once you have tried and failed to remove the stains, the only thing left to do is replace the soiled carpeting and furniture. It may be clean but it looks like crap."

"Location was convenient for visiting Cooperstown Baseball HOF. Beds are a little mushy and the pillows too. Water pressure was weak in the shower. Never felt rinsed. Staff was very friendly and accommodating. Breakfast was decent. Coffee always available, which was nice."
