"I upgraded to 1 BR suite and was disappointed that the AC wouldn’t work at all. Staff move us to another suite and was better. Frustraded that we had too pack twice in one day however staff was good about things. Would stay again… "

"The staff at the hotel were super friendly. We were traveling with 2 young children. Upon our arrival, they gave us a free upgrade to a larger room to make the stay more pleasant. Hotel is located in the city centre, which makes traveling super convenient. The staff at the concierge even gave us a cute handdrawn map for tourist attractions and local food. Absolutely loved it!"
