":The video check-in is off putting. although the young woman was certainly pleasant, it depersonalizes the greeting. Not sure that's how I'd initiate a first impression. I can't imagine this remote system is more efficient. Is it a security issue? Is a new virus running amok?Are front office folks being assaulted at 4:00PM in Ashland? Also--we could have used a more user-friendly TV remote, or some user friendly instructions."

"We loved the big patio we had, we were on the first floor. The pathway under the bridge leading to Taprock Restaurant made it convenient for us to attend a family event there. Only thing negative was the person above us taking a shower in the middle of the night, and the water running through the pipes made it sound like water running in our room. I actually got up looking for a leak, and had trouble sleeping because of the noise. Also a homeless camp on the riverside below us, and someone yelling in the night. I’ve stayed here about 3 times, it’s a nice place to stay with a view of the river. The upper floors have balconies with great views."

"Very accommodating front desk staff and prompt airport shuttle, clean rooms with comfortable bed. Wonderful breakfast that we enjoyed daily at outdoor tables in the cool Medford air. Would recommend to anyone coming to southern Oregon as a great jumping off point for all activities around."

"The hotel was very clean and comfortable. I really enjoyed the pool and hot tub. There was a good selection of food for breakfast. I would definitely stay here again. A special shoutout to the evening desk clerk. I don’t remember his name but he was so helpful and friendly. Everyone on staff was wonderful which made this a very pleasant stay."
