I stayed at this hotel with six other people in a private dormitory that has a capacity to sleep 8 people, located on the 4th floor. Everything here was clean, from bathrooms to pillows. "I liked the water taxi. service to the transport hub up river. The breakfast choices are amazing and food in the restaurant and bar was all we might ask for. Both rooms we stayed in were extremely comfortable and well equipped. We knew the hotel from previous visits. The only disappointemnt wa the refurbishment on the pool but a smaller area nextdoor was available."

"Really enjoyed our 5 night stay, every single interaction with staff on reception, breakfast crew, gym/pool staff, cleaning staff was 10/10 service, nothing was too much. Just across the road from the mall, we walked to/from MBK every day as this was the drop off point for tours. Gym was very nice with very cool towels in the fridge. Didn't use the pool but it looked very big. Buffet breakfast was amazing. Thank you staff for our great stay and look forward to coming back. "
"Sadly all the outside areas (the swimming pool and rooftop terrace/bar) were closed for our stay no doubt due to earthquake damage. Our bathroom also let in rainwater (again no doubt due to the earthquake). The Ascott offered the pool at the Urbana next door by way of compensation but that hotel is very tired and a little run down. The staff at the Ascott were tremendous, very professional and super helpful. They even allow you to call for pick up from Silom Complex if you’re an ASR member — perfect during the storms and torrential downpours we experienced during our stay."
